Do you work with commercial buildings and businesses?
Yes — established in 2014, CoolMaster Services works with commercial building owners, restaurants, property managers and businesses across Auckland. Commercial HVAC, refrigeration and ventilation are our main focus, and we look after residential heat pumps and air conditioning too.
Can you help with BWoF and Form 12A?
Yes. We help with BWoF-related HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical ventilation servicing — including inspection, maintenance, drain and performance checks, records and reporting, and Form 12A support where applicable — so your systems stay maintained, documented and ready for your Building Warrant of Fitness requirements.
Are you insured and GST registered?
Yes. We're a GST-registered New Zealand company with fully insured workmanship, and all work is carried out by qualified, refrigerant-certified technicians.
Do you offer maintenance contracts and free quotes?
Yes. We provide clear, no-obligation quotes for installations and larger jobs, plus planned preventative maintenance agreements to keep commercial systems maintained and reliable.
Do you provide emergency breakdown repairs?

Do you install residential heat pumps too?
